TotalEnergies and Casa dos Ventos to develop 12GW renewables portfolio
French oil supermajor, TotalEnergies (TTE) and Brazilian developer, Casa dos Ventos (CDV) have created a joint venture to develop a renewables portfolio including up to 4.5GW of wind in which both parties will take 34% and 66% ownership, respectively. The partnership will see the development, build-out and operation of 12GW Brazilian renewable energy portfolio, Casa Dos Ventos, held by CDV.
